It’s been a crazy couple of weeks for myself. So if you noticed that GhostTheory has been slacking on churning out great content, then please excuse me.

Along with my girlfriend, I had the pleasure of hosting a New Year’s eve Party and it was insane. We wanted to have a seven course dinner before the party, so we invited those dearest to us for the feast. It was a seven course, “seven sins” dinner. For every course we cooked, it had to represent one of the seven deadly sins. For example, for the sin of Lust, we served a golden butternut squash soup that was topped by emerald green chives, ruby red pepper and served on a gold-trimmed bowl. Self-indulgence all the way. Hats off to my girlfriend for cooking the entire thing.

I was extremely proud of how we both managed to pull this off. Check out the table spread!

After the dinner, we had the rest of our guests arrive for the New Year’s Eve party. We served “Fire & Ice” martinis and beer. After a few drinks, we decided to head up to the rooftop for the countdown. We almost had to spend the countdown in an elevator in which we were stuck for about 2 minutes without any movement. During the last few seconds in there, I remembered that I had my phone on me so I recorded the events. At least we made it to our rooftop in time for the countdown. But why tell you all this, when I can show it to you:

I feel good that 2011 is here and I just wanted to let you all know that during the past year, GT has become a very busy website. It has attracted more and more readers as well as the attention of major online entities. That is why I wanted to, first of all, thank all of you for helping GT earn that respect, and I also wanted to let you know what we have planned for the website.

I’ve been talking about adding forums to GT lately. This is something that will be done before this month is over. Right now I’m looking at the right application that will integrate with GT seamlessly. We also are looking for more writers, so I will be making an announcement for this soon.

I also wanted to mention that I’ve been making great progress on the book that I’m writing about Doris Bither. I never thought that I would be so involved in this case. The people that I’ve met, the stories and facts that I’ve dug up are by far alarming. I’m trying to not be consumed by Doris’ story, but the fact of the matter is that quite often, I find myself having night terrors because of this. The book, based completely on facts and research that I’m doing, should be finished this year.

With all that said, I must repeat myself and thank you all again for making the GT community what it is today.
