I first saw this video on the Phantoms & Monsters blog and chose to ignore it. “Blobsquatch” videos are a dime a dozen on YouTube, so I figured GT readers would be insulted if I posted it here. Then I remember that I have posted worse videos up. My apologies.

Well, here is the latest Bigfoot “du jour” video. Seems some kid took this from a balcony. The audio sounds like it’s looped at two points but the video looks legit. The hominid is visible at the beginning of the video…though it’s hard to make out the movements look very good. Hopefully someone can enhance the video for a clearer look. No location was given – taken on 10/16/2010.

I really don’t care to comment on what this thing is that we are observing through a camera that has 2x digital zoom and was recorded about 200-300 meters away…but since the video is making its way across other blogs and the GT community is pretty good at debunking, I feel that I have to share and comment.

I don’t think that the video is “legit” in the sense that what we are looking at is a Bigfoot. Yes, it is a hominid the legs give it away, but so what? This is just another blobsquatch video to throw into the heaping pile of other long forgotten blobsquatch videos.

Bored and hyper teens with low zoom cameras and a few friends willing to go along makes for a great blobsquatch video.

Am I right?
