A strange video was presented by Victor Camacho from Desvelado.com in a MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) presentation in regards to a video that was taken from a security camera on a Fresno California home.

Victor Camacho runs the ‘Desvelados’ radio show in Los Angeles, CA. I’ve listened to it plenty of times and it is informative. Mr. Camacho is a skeptic and investigator and has handled many cases.

I must say that this is an odd video. Without any hi-res video we can’t be too sure what this is. It could be some video anomaly or a simple clothesline and string trick.
