As states across the US are following a trend in legalizing marijuana, it seems likely that a national legalization will at some point follow. There are nearly a dozen publications in print or online that have been dedicated to marijuana culture. Marijuana is no longer alone in getting its own word out there. DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) now has its own dedicated publication.

The Nexian – Official Magazine of the DMT-Nexus
By Matt Staggs on February 14, 2014 in NewsVia DMT-Nexus comes news of a new electronic periodical of potential interest to some disinfonauts:
The Nexian is a so called e-magazine (e-zine) with contributions from members of our site, the DMT-Nexus. These contributions can be articles about a wide variety of topics including experience reports, growing techniques, extraction teks, interviews, and so on, along with lots of visionary art, all made by DMT-Nexus members.
The DMT-Nexus is the leading source of in-depth and quality information about DMT on the internet today. Our members are engaged in a number of projects, such as a Wiki page, Hyperspace Lexicon, Coalition for Entheogenic Liberty (CEL), Collaborative Research Project, and more. Members have even given presentations at key psychedelics conferences, such as MAPS Psychedelic Science conference in 2013. We are dedicated to the sustainable and safe use of entheogenic plants and substances, and we would love for you to join us and get involved!
With this e-zine we hope to spread information, art and enjoyment to all who are interested. The e-zine is free to download, so please share or post it wherever you like!
You can find the e-zine as a handy PDF here:

DMT is described as:
a psychedelic compound of the tryptamine family. When ingested, DMT acts as an intense hallucinogenic drug. Depending on the dose and method of administration, its subjective effects can range from short-lived, milder psychedelic states to powerful immersive experiences; these are often described as a total loss of connection to external reality and an experience of encountering indescribable spiritual/alien beings and realms.
Many who have experienced the more intense, immersive effects return to lucidity with the belief their consciousness has actually traveled. I am aware of none who have reported any previously unknown and independently confirmed information regarding where they claim to have gone, or of what they learned or saw.
For those interested you can find The Nexian online.
