Here are a couple of MUFON reports that are hot off the presses today.

Report #1:

This is a MUFON reported incident that took place near Coalinga CA in 2006. Apparently the reporting party finally decided to contact MUFON about it.

As I understand it, a wlidlife photographer took the following picture of what appears to be a disc shaped craft or object in the sky above a grass fire she was photographing at the time. As is often the case, she didn’t notice the object until later while reviewing the pictures.

There’s not much more to the report so I may as well get right to it.

My girlfriend is a wildfire photographer. After we had been together for several weeks and knew I wouldn’t laugh, she showed me her UFO photo taken in 2006.

While photographing a grass fire East of Coalinga CA, she set her camera to auto fire at one frame per second. In ONE frame, a disc shaped object with a dark circular dot on the underside appears. It does not show in timestamped frames one second before or after. This was not noticed until the pictures were viewed later.

Under magnification, the object appears to eclipse a power line behind it!

A CalFire official was intrigued enough upon hearing about this photo, he asked for a copy.

I should note that no aircraft were dispatched on this fire and no other aircraft were observed in the area.

Report #2

Orb Position #1

Now this one is a bit fishy, although in my opinion it takes a lot of nerve to file a MUFON report. After all, you never know when they will send out a star team to investigate.

As usual these reports don’t list a whole lot of personal information, but we’ll do the best we can with what we have.

Apparently a woman was talking on a phone outside an apartment complex in Wisconsin when she felt “compelled” to take some pictures. Hmm, compelled? OK, moving on…

Orb Position #2

The orbs seen in the photos were not visible when the 3 photos were taken. The woman claims to have snapped them off over a period of approx 10 seconds.

Orb Position #3

Theses photos were taken by my sister who was visiting Wisconsin , last month , the photos are taken directly outside my apartment, with a camera phone. She had just finished talking to her husband and was coming back to talk some more to me and our other sister. She told us that she felt compelled to take these photos with in a time lapse of about ten seconds for all three.At the time she took the photos there was nothing visible in the sky to attract her attention to take pictures . As you can see it was a beautiful day . This was not photo shopped or picture manipulation , the images appeared in the photos after she took them. I believe it is an orb., but we donot know exactly how far away , I can honestly say at least a mile or more . I live hear and know the area very well. I went out and tryed photo shooting with my phone and nothing appeared as well as our other sister , nothing appeared on either of our camera phones and it was within 2 to 3 minutes after the event.The time was around 5pm, and after looking at the order of the picture the object is moving from right to left. We saw nothing visible in the sky other than the sun and partial clouds. I and my two sisters do not know what this could be .

Actually, I think the object in Report #1 has some merit. What do you, the GT faithful think?
